Yes we’re running out of food, we need to get to the store. I know there’s some sugar-free things that you can get as well, I have a terrible sweet tooth. But I know once I stop eating sweets, I’ll stop desiring them.
I've never had them, but I've seen Keto boxed dessert mixes at the grocery store. Like Duncan Hines brownies or cookies. Made with monk fruit, erythritol or allulose sugar-substitute and almond/coconut flour.

I have the GABA And the L glutamine. I just haven’t been taking them. I’m gonna start taking them again tomorrow. And I had my foot surgery I was really good at taking all of my supplements and my medication, and then I slacked off I need to get back on track. Thanks for reminding me. I appreciate you
Chromium picolinate works well. Instead of candy have occasional dried figs or dates, much healthier. :)
Thanks for the tip. I’m going to order these as soon as I get a chance. Anything to help with the cravings. I also know that frequency zapping for parasites helps cut back on those cravings as well.
