😡🤬 Waking up early in the a.m. being hungry, and knowing you’re doing a keto diet and you can’t have anything good. For some reason celery and cheese at 5 o’clock in the morning, it’s so unsatisfying.
Then I pivot to the idea of living in an era with no refrigerators, freezers or ice. Can you imagine? What a nightmare that must’ve been. Everything was warm! The milk, the cheese, no ice. I love love love my ice.
So I went from being pissed off about having to eat celery and cheese, to be grateful that it was cold. In a week full of disappointments, I guess celery and cheese is the least of my worries. Lulz!
I eat sausage, egg & bacon (and cheese). Also most non-carb/low-carb vegetables.
Yes we’re running out of food, we need to get to the store. I know there’s some sugar-free things that you can get as well, I have a terrible sweet tooth. But I know once I stop eating sweets, I’ll stop desiring them.
I've never had them, but I've seen Keto boxed dessert mixes at the grocery store. Like Duncan Hines brownies or cookies. Made with monk fruit, erythritol or allulose sugar-substitute and almond/coconut flour.
