The reference to "18 to 30" is code for 1830... we've seen President Trump and Biden dropping these references to historical events (no clue what this 1830 is to) in American history. This is the messaging that is directed to unknown recipients. Since Biden is under control... scripted, he is like the agent who has been captured and is transmitting false information and instructions back to his handlers, who will both pass it on and act on the information believing it to be true and not sent under duress.
"And I've never been more optimistic about America's future than I am today. You know, particularly because of all those young people I talk about, 18 to 30. They're showing up. They're the best educated generation in American history, they're the least prejudiced generation in American history, they're the most engaged generation in American history and the most involved.
During the Q & A portion of the press conference...
"President Obama knew he couldn't spend time with the Vice President of another country so I traveled 17,000 miles with him (Xi) in China and around in the United States. I met with him many times."
In the USA, the biggest events I can think of, were the ungodly Indian Removal Act (sorry, but shame on Jackson for his enforcement of it) and the Webster–Hayne debate... There's a Lincoln connection with the latter event, and more importantly this was arguably the start of the outright Rebellion that would unfold in 1860. Apostles of Disunion... Robert Hayne was quite the fireeating shithead.
Let's Go Brandon... from his prepared remarks / press conference 11/09/22

"Its like those 55 corporations in 2000 that made 40 billion dollars and didn't pay a penny if federal tax."
... a penny = 1 cent
5 + 5 + 2 + 0 + 0 + 0 + 4 + 0 + 1 = 17

In European history, 1830 was a year of revolutions, monarch changes, and independence movements.
