Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

Intense exercise about 90 minutes before bed. For me it was punching a heavy bag for 20-30 mins straight. No food from 4 hours before bed on, just water. I like the no calorie water flavor drops. Low volume soothing music while I sleep. Either new-agey stuff, like the Soundscapes channel, or Light Classical. If smoking, maybe try the Blueberry strain and its derivatives. I've also tried and had success with Zonked sleep gummies. They contain THC, Melatonin, CBD and CBN. Praying or meditating on positive things right before bed. And most importantly, forgiving yourself.
