Nevada voters have chosen Republican Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo to replace Democrat Gov. Steve Sisolak.

I'm in northern Nevada. Yeah, most folks think he's dirty. We also think there were shenanigans with the primary where he beat Joey Gilbert as the republican candidate. Joey, an attorney, fought against all of Sisolak's "mandates". Joey also works with Americas Frontline Doctors. So folks held their noses and voted for Lombardo and are praying that it's not just Sisolak in a different package.

Agreed, we voted for Gilbert and Sam Brown and think Gilbert got shafted…Lyon County here…

Oh gee. Sorry to hear that. I haven't followed the races there but knew Sisolak had to go. Too bad about Joey Gilbert. He sounds like just the man. Maybe he'll give it another try in a few years. I hope so. We need all the good, decent, constitutional men we can get. Thanks for the comment.
