I don't guess I made my point. Speaker of the House is mostly just busy work, of little consequence. Trump wants to make a big difference, not listen to petty gripes of mostly unpleasant congress-critters.

Third in line to the Presidency and he is in charge of the impeachment trials if this actually happened.

I don't think it will, but the fact she's worried about it enough to mention it is revealing of how much power Trump still holds.
