Capitalism at its finest. And I say that as a Capitalist.
People generally don't go into Pharmaceuticals and Hospital Administration because they want to help people out of the kindness of their hearts. They want to make money.
Unless you want healthcare to be run by the government, this is how it's going to be.
Are you allowed to be without insurance? Are "health" providers allowed to stray from protocol? Are "health" providers allowed to run their business as they wish, choose their patients, choose the meds they offer? Who does government protect against liability? Who has stupidly high education loans, malpractice insurance costs...? Who has been indoctrinated into big pharma and gets destroyed if they stray from the narrative?
How is any of that remotely capitalism?
I forgive you for having been indoctrinated by government miseducation systems. History also has not been taught but has been mutated beyond recognition.
Yes, you are allowed to be without health insurance. Trump ended that idiotic health care mandate where you had to pay a fine if you didn't have health insurance.
Every other capitalist industry also has some level of regulations and govt. intervention. Would you argue there is no such thing as capitalism because of those examples?
Health care industry makes a profit on their product/services and want as little government regulations as necessary. How is that not Capitalism?
It's always weird when non-libs call for more government interference because they think a product or service is too expensive.
You're still stuck in the paradigm. The cartels have government interference, on their side. That's the fascism. Corporations+government, tyranny over the people.

Corporate power plus government power = Fascism
