We will see later tonight, into tomorrow morning, but I can say for all of us that we are ready for the Storm!
It wouldn't be a literal cutting of the cables, as what you pointed out there's just too many. That doesn't mean there are On/Off switches, we've already seen certain countries in the past turn it off...China for instance.
