Girl on left has oval shape to head, girl on right has diamond shape
Smile curve is different and amount of gum showing when smiling is quite different.
And again, the brows are different - girl on left has one brow that arches up differently than her other brow, whereas the girl on our right has two, straight, non-arching brows.
Plus, the color of the brow hair is different - girl on left has very light strawberry blonde brows, and girl on the right has dark auburn brow hairs.
Good observation on the teeth. The other thing which is almost impossible to fake, is the philtrum distance between the nose and the lip. Orthodontia can make this area more pronounced by arch expansion. Something the girl on the right lacks. However, the two images are very similar.
Same bloodline (kek). But no, not same person. Girl on left has orthodontically straightened teeth. Girl on right does not.
Girl on left has lighter-colored and differently shaped brows.
Girl on left has flat, non-protruding ears that are not visible looking straight on.
But otherwise, many similarities. I can see why you think so.
The photos were obviously taken at different times. She may have had her teeth fixed.
The head shape is odd, and the same in both. The odd chin is the same.
The left photo she has gigantic glasses on to hide the ears.
Also, the glasses prescription appears to be the same. Extreme nearsighted.
I think this is the same person.
I have no dog in this, I don't care if it is this person or not. I'm just saying I think it is based on the two photos.
A couple more observations:

Different hairlines as well.
They're both cute in any case
Oh snap, looks like Webster’s might have changed another definition.
