How would Q know the exact ratios five years ago????? Unless Q and the boys were the ones who actually did the counting and set up the final results. If they did that.........then they are truely in control and are manipulating the results of all elections for a particular result. That result isn't to get certain folks into office, but to show that the results of elections can be manipulated. If that's the case then Q could be accused of vote manipulation. Thus Q would be a black hat....unless he has a very good reason to manipulate the votes cast.
Let's think deeply about the elections and the reason for the manipulations. Who did the deed, why was it done, what is the result. Something is brewing, yet pedes are not figuring it out although Q has stated we have everything we need to figure out the puzzle.

Awareness of something is not the same as causing something, there are things that haven't been revealed that people simply will be incapable of believing before other things are revealed.
A TV described to someone that has no concept of electricity is impossible to believe unless they believe in magic, which mean they will have to be shown what electricity is before they can come even close to believe that such a thing as a TV could exist.
This concept holds true for a great many things, including how someone can have such detailed awareness of things without being the cause of them..
Good response. I like the idea you present. Too bad I'm like that caveman watching the TV. I can't get my head around the idea that five years ago 53/47 was presented and now it come true. Some really wild technology must be imployed and it hasn't passed my doorstep, yet, for me to ponder.
The thing is, technology can be used to approximate certain things that existed long before the technology approximating them was thought up, for some it's easier to think of certain things in the terms of technology and for others its easier to think of things the other way around.

Yes but to predict that means the Q team are controlling the cheating. Hard to imagine.
