It was and has been confirmed. Lucky there were civilians on the scene (I don’t like their chances of survival once the Ukrainian Secret Police catch them). who videotaped it and uploaded it to the web. It was a 300 anti-aircraft missile, apparently fired by Ukrainian air defense systems.
