People were promised for 5 years there was a military plan and very bad people wpuld be held to account.
Saying 5 years later 'sorry just kidding all of you are the plan, good luck taking on the entire government when you will get arrested just for a tweet or walking near a government building at the wrong time and tortured for 2 years'.
