Bushy has some neurological issues that are evident, especially at the beginning of his lies, reappear periodically to a lesser degree.
credit where it's due, though, at least he can admit it... still chuckle when I think about that clip where he stumbles over his words, everybody laughs, and he says something to the effect of "I'm 75" or somehting like that...
I have to say that, given the list of crimes from this snake or his stand-in, I'd give him no credit whatsoever for anything but treason.

admittedly, he's not running for office anymore, so that no doubt plays a role, but yeah...
