A simple look under a microscope would tell you. Vaccinated blood is clumpy and looks like shit, unvaccinated blood flows like a river (under a microscope).

It's really not that hard, they have handheld microscopes that connect to smartphones now, and all you need is one drop of blood on a slide to tell who is what.
