Looking at the border actions of Governor Abbot of Texas post-midterm, it's obvious why Lake had to be beaten at any cost. Look at our Southern Border, and think about the effect of the two States most abused by illegal immigration declaring an invasion and deploying the National Guard. The gateway for coyotes would be near closed off,, with the exception of California and New Mexico. That would put a HUGE dent in the lawbreakers schemes. Apologies if someone else theorized this and I missed it.
