Isn't it 18 days into November? I get the +1 but still, never seen anyone do that before

On November 1st, at say 1am, we are zero days, 1 hour, into November. Therefore Trump's truth was 17 days 17:17 into November. I'm not saying it means anything at all, just something I noticed. This isn't 1st, 2nd, 3rd. It's how must time has elapsed since November started.

I think the workaround is 17 hours after the 17th day. So yes it is the 18th day but the numbers still support it.
