Has anyone utilized baking soda as a means to raise your ph? I know all of the info out there talking about using it as a way to combat cancer.
I feel I haven’t been overdoing it, but today my body felt like a wreck. Almost like I may have created an alkalosis state and My body reacted by creating acid to balance. Joints hurt like a mother. Very fatigued but getting better with hydration.
I’m also curious about the impacts on blood pressure as baking soda ingestion creates a ton of salt. Thanks for any info/experience.
I’m getting more and more into that routine right now. Was trying out baking soda as a prophylactic, but might need to change my approach haha.
Try some Zinc (take it with food bc it can irritate the stomach) to give your immune system some ammo and some ashwaganda and maca to keep your cortisol low naturally. You will keep systemic inflammation in check pretty well this way. If you’re adventurous then try a niacin flush in a sauna hahahaha
Take all advice with a grain of salt.
People have lived for millenia without these supplements en masse.
Yes, before all our food garbage
Yes, but life expectancy wasn't always great so we're probably ripe for diet improvement. If only our health industry actually contributed to our health rather than managing our unhealth.
But were they healthy when they died? /s
And why did they die? Were they diagnosis heart failure millenia ago? Think Not. Even Eastern medicine couldn't tell where the heart was! Those people would still be alive if only they had taken Vit D../s There's a reason why we live longer than our ancestors. Hygiene knowledge and better nutrition knowledge. Now of course, you know the next generation's life span is LESS than ours.
