Ask him what is a "right." Define it.

Then, ask him what is a human right vs. contractual right.

Then, ask him what is a constitutional right vs. a civil right.

He will soon reveal that he has no idea what the fuck he is talking about, because he never did any thought about this subject of his own. He just decides who he will parrot.
