I've eaten keto/very low carbohydrate, One Meal A Day (OMAD), for months and I have never felt so healthy as now. I was "borderline diabetic" (AKA low-grade diabetes) with terrible crashes and a feeling of instant starvation frequently.
Please research if you are on diabetic meds about the above diet and be assured diabetes IS REVERSIBLE if you wish to be free and healthy.
Most likely your "internist/family doctor" is too lazy or too stuck to the pharmaceutical teat (treat the symptoms only = MONEY) to give you a prescription for natural curative treatment.
The determination of the individual is key to defeating the "disease."
EDIT: I have lost over 50 pounds in two years, most of it with the above mentioned diet AND gentle aerobic exercise.
so happy to hear all the stories here.
Unnecessarily mostly as diet would prevent medication. But of course that would cut into big Pharma’s profits.
Of course. they just prescribe instead of telling patients about nutrition.
Not surprising. No offense to anyone, but damn we are a fat culture. I look back and I can see how evil has pushed certain narratives regarding shit food, wrong diet, pop, candy, sugar, alcohol and so forth. Then turned around and took control of our medical food chain from R&D to Pharma to actual care. They brainwashed us to treat our bodies like shit, then turned around and intentionally dicked us by treating symptoms and not causes of medical issues. It's going to be interesting to see how and what wakes people up to the food scam that has been perpetrated upon our culture by some very devious and evil people.
Fat and sick people don't revolt or fight for freedom...
Just saying.
You hit the nail right on top of the coffin. Right!
It starts with vaccines from birth..messes up digestive system etc all organs don't function as they should....then add seed oil ..body can't digest ..puts it in the body as fat...same as lots of other unnatural foods and drinks....
Buy nothing containing chemicals..eat organic and drink pure water. No fluoride
Agree 100%. We are poisoned shortly after birth and it never stops.
I was almost at diabetic level. Changed my diet to vegetarian, work out, now 5 years later, almost perfect weight.
Same story for me in 2013. That started my "food & drugs" awakening. Doc wanted me to start meds, wife had other plans.
Oh smart wife.
Get into Ketosis.........within 2 weeks your a1c will drop down to 6-6.7 ish....my Sugars/a1c used to be somewhere around 12....which is really high. My eye sight was suffering, my limbs. I had diabetes as FUCK. I changed my diet,, and life. Diabetus was gone after 2 weeks bros.....Get into keto. You can do it vegetarian also....but I wouldnt.
Wow. 12???
I was only 5.6 when I changed. I am back to 5 now.
Yeap.....I was 480 lbs my man
Amen. Glad to know.
In my wife's country diabetes is rampant from eating rice, but they don't consume many of the drugs, they have no money. Average income is 2,000 which means many earn less than that, and they are feeding extended family, but yes America is fat.
Humans consume more food if they can afford it, and industry has insured plenty of sugar and salt in our diets.
Veggies have far less nutrients too, because factory farming grows fast and water saturated foods.
Interesting. So factory organic is probably no better nutrient wise? I was wondering why my plants didn’t produce pretty veggies like you see in the store.
There is a squash farm in my town and their plants are always 3-4 times the size of mine and the squash is prolific.
Organic is just marketing for the most part. Government doesn't have any enforcement on that. Not that they would do it right anyways. Stores can sell rotten meat as well.
Anything big is bad, government, cities, businesses, charities, churches, etc... Bater with people you know capitalism. If you rip me off I won't come back and i'll spread the word. Big business doesn't care they own all the big stores.
Coke and Pepsi both owned by the same investment groups etc...
Shopping can be the ultimate mine field for good nutrition. Buyer beware. Aldi sells a variety of organic foods and stand behind that 100%; however, the USDA may allow "organic" domestically but the requirements for that label is kind of sloppy.
I trust European produced and packaged foods more than that done here. The controls on food additives is strong in Europe, we in the United States are fed poisons in abundance through our food supply.
A processed food label here can be paragraphs long, contain obscure descriptions and hide dangerous chemicals. There is also the tiny print and asterisks to add to the confusion.
Just like the American medical "profession" the food industry and their hip-pocket FDA is for the most part not at all concerned with the outcome of your health only that you buy more.
Great Comment!, I am a cyclist and once had a conversation on the trail with a Dr. and was trying to tell him that I wouldn't be in that business because its unhealthy, and his interpretation is that I was jealous. He told me to open one.
I haven't been without money since I was a good, but neither do I pile it up. Take in more than you pay out works well.
Thanks to those who don't hoard.
That's my motto. Be thankful for what I have. Take in more than spend and live a peaceful happy live
Try playing frequencies to them..known to work....
Oh I heard that b4
If you are in the Pacific NW, you will be eating dead people. They use liquefaction of the dead.
I don't even want to think about that.
I was almost at diabetic level. Changed my diet to vegetarian, work out, now 5 years later, almost perfect weight.
Great! My blood sugar always tests ok, but I'm sure I'm borderline. Meat is ok, but not when we eat 4X or more than we should.
Food tasted very different in the Midwest. Another anon here on this board also mentioned that once he/she moved from the Midwest, food tasted different.
I am 95% vegetarian, Thanksgiving, we do eat some turkey. LOL
I had a Seventh Day Adventist friend who would eat chicken and turkey, I love turkey btw.
Oh wow, I am Seventh Day Adventist. They taught me well.
The biggest hospital in Orlando i9s Seventh Day Adventist, years ago no meat if you were in there, but now you can get some.
It based on the Bible. Daniel and Genesis and that is why they said vegetarian.
Similar story here. Dh had a heart episode that landed him in the er. Doc said was a precursor to a major heart attack. While in the er we found out dh had high bp and cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, and kidney disease. We jumped on to the whole foods plant based (and oil free) bandwagon. Two years later and with no rx's he's down 50lbs and his numbers are all "textbook perfect".
I am so GLAD to hear. This kind of info needs to spread. take down the pharma.
And let's not forget the part China plays by manufacturing us the preservatives and MSG's that get into our bloodstream and help keep us fat.
No fan of China or any international imports of food. We get crap, and food prices are higher in poor countries because of world market.
It makes me wonder if God knew all the time that we had to not only end the madness to what is going on in our government; but to help our FAT nation wake up and start eating well.
I'm fat, but don't waddle. It kills me seeing people blame their health problems on Satan, when they are self-inflicted. God may heal you, but its His call. Wages of sin is death.
God gave us good common sense laws.
Don't have sex outside of wedlock, it creates uncared for children, don't sleep around you can catch something. etc...
Amen to that.
Satan can tempt you to eat, but Satan cannot make you fat nor make you hurt someone. Satan and his demons can tempt you though.
So very true. Gluttony is a sin too. I could lose a few pounds myself.
Yep the evils have been poisoning us here in U.S. for decades.
Unfortunately. Time to take back the food and health.
I feel like it's less your diet as in what you eat, but more so the fact too many people live sedentary lives with food available at a snap of the finger and in large quantities. So too much eating not enough exercise.
Seed oil...
I just drop meat. Eat eggs, oil, veggies, all you can eat starch (they tried to tell you to cut starch if you are diabetic), fruit. Cut meat, and cut sweet.
5 years lose about 30 lbs.
