LOL No it couldnt. The reason they use a needle is to get it directly into your blood system. Those that have not had a reaction yet from the vax is because it was supposed to be at a really cold temperature but many were not kept at the correct temperature. There is no way to keep it at that temperature in the sewer system. They say watch the water because the deep state plans on poisoning all our water.

Thats were im theorizing, maybe this movie was too premature with the reason for watching the water but may be onto something that no one is looking at.
