Here's an example of occupational exposure -- 8.3.5.1:

A male family member or healthcare provider who has been exposed to the study intervention by inhalation or skin contact then exposes his female partner prior to or around the time of conception.

So that's the person who has the jab A has contact with B.

B has a female partner, C, who is pregnant or about to get pregnant.

That stuff transmits from A all the way to C.

And possibly to D, the unborn baby.

The investigator must report EDP (exposure during pregnancy) to Pfizer Safety within 24 hours of the investigator’s awareness, irrespective of whether an SAE has occurred.
