Great question. I wonder how that is even legally possible, but isn't that how they cheat? Democrats take over the election power and abuse it.

Katie Hobbs is not on that board but she is Secretary of State and oversaw the elections statewide. Good question as to how they can run their own election, it is a glaring conflict of interest that you only do if you are trying to cover things up!
