The fuckers said that if you were fired for not wanting to die then you quit your job. And the gov ordered us fired. And the fuckers even made it so that if you worked near the public say in mcdonalds you had to be fired if you didnt take the death shots. If a company did any business with the gov, even if it was supplying toilet paper, they had to fire all non death shotted ppl. etc. It was crimes against humanity.....

I work for an energy company that has government contracts. They told us we had to take the shot and provide proof by Dec 8, 2021 or be fired. Almost half of the company of over 35,000 people refused. They had to back down and they did. Then they were going to make us take weekly tests to come to work, pending the SCOTUS decision. I wasn’t doing tests either, but many were willing to do that. The SCOTUS decision saved my job.
My daughter is gov contractor. She got an exemption. My son was working with the jtf as a civ contractor in Africa, he quit amd went home. Tjeynwere begging him tonc9me back 60 days later, he declined.
I am lucky, work from home since the 2 weeks to flatten, have NY salary, but once NY started requiring vaxx i.d. cards to go places and the talk of forced Vax on teachers and kids we picked up 43 year old roots and moved South to a free State. That was 13 Months ago and we could not be happier. New build 3200 Sq. Foot house, wife got job that pays 90% of what she was making in NY, I still log in from home and my kids love the weather and the school district is great. Things are so good my best friend visited in August and they just moved out of their house in NY because that visit they put deposit on new house build 1 minute from me. They close on the 12th. His wife is a Rn so she had multiple job offers with moving cost and signing bonuses and he works from home. Covid was the best thing that ever happened to us, and My wife and I are not vaxxed and never will be.
I was looking into escaping canada when they were going to force it. I didnt give a shit about the restrictions and told them to fuck off not wearing a mask. When the government basically made it almost illegal to work in my province without the death shots, well I had no choice. I looked into escaping to the usa but could not without the shots. I was fucked.
It was weird how they did it. I know people were fired but in many places it never actually went that far. It was like a poker showdown and both sides were bluffing: bluffing how much they would enforce it and bluffing how much they would resist. When the enforcers raised, the resisters could re-raise and the enforcers would often back down. Sometimes I think some resisters folded on it not realizing their particular enforcers were ready to fold with a re-raise. In a way this was because the enforcers were also in a poker showdown with the enforcers above them.
I'm one of the few holdouts left at my work, after the SCOTUS decision it never came up again and now they're trying to act like the mandates never happened. I wonder how many of those who got it shortly before the decision are bitter that they knuckled under while we ultimately won.
