Devolution = the transfer or delegation of power to a lower level
Ascension = the act of rising to an important position or a higher level
Sooo... what we're going through is a phase of Devocension?
You know, passing the power to the proper lower level (the people) while simultaneously reaching for a higher cultural and spiritual level.
