Note to future protestors:
Do not take your phones to protests. turn them off, and leave them at home. Take video cameras by all means, and load the footage in its entirety onto the web afterwards. Keep your SD cards in a safe, off-site.
"Faraday bags" work too.
beat me to it :)
Note to future protesters, those canisters on top of light posts are actually mm wave weapons operating and locating on you using wireless phone sim cards and GPS antennas. Lord jesus leave those phones at home.
Never EVER bring your phone to a protest. Bring a camera instead. I myself never take my phone anywhere with me. I use it like one would use a land line.
Google is doing the same thing in China. There the citizens are executed thanks Google
Its unfortunately fairly easy to obtain a warrant on a user with a Google account. You just need to justify and articulate throughout each of the three phases. Each phase requires a subsequent warrant, which grants more specific data as you go higher.
IE - Phase 1 gives you a list of phone numbers in a given area. As you progress higher, the information gets more specific down to the user themselves being placed in the area.
Its generally used for law enforcement purposes, but obviously for J6 its political.
The FBI agent that called me knew where I was the whole time?
In that case, it was a good thing, because he knew I wasn't anywhere I wasn't allowed to be.
They tracked my phone and found that I was at Ft. McNair the whole day.
