Is Elon really in the business of brain-controlled android surrogates which act as a "shell" which allows you to work remotely. Essentially, project your consciousness into an android?
If we get ahold of "psychic driving" then obviously this would be the next step, right?
Surrogates (the film) used that idea. Didn't work out so well.
Would the shell have to be a blank? Is there anything that would prevent the projection of their consciousness into a living host? Yuval 'humans are hackable' Twat-features seems to indicate it could be (I'm not learned enough to confirm or dismantle that idea unfortunately).
If the scheme is already in action I could think of quite a few political contenders for the pilot operation. Many don't appear to speak with their own voices.
Has AI already got out of control? If it assumed more intelligence than the designers it wouldn't need them. Musk calls it dangerous and a threat- is he talking in first person or as an observer?
The way I figure, how much would you pay to be someone else?
If you were a billionaire, how about a vacation where you get to be a drug dealer for a day? Maybe jump into a chef role? Or even just a bum on the beach?
Think of the applications. You can be whomever, whatever you want! You can even die in the body doing some sick stunts or mountain climbing!
Okay, that's all fine and dandy, but these robots are kinda expensive, right?
Well, humans are cheap...
What about a real-life Sims? You can pop into real people and live their lives. Just body snatch them and possess them with a big glowing crystal over their heads. You can even go into a swimming pool and remove the ladder!
Body Snatchers has a different meaning when you cross it with the Surrogates movie.
Again... If you were a sick, perverted billionaire with no moral conscience, wouldn't it be fun to just "get away" for a while?
The VR game design in which the players die 'in real life' just took on another perspective.
Could the vax provide the components for the neuralink to hijack humans from computer AI?
So much predictive programming for these possibilities over the years- what seemed like sci-fi could have come to pass.
How many of the top dogs have we actually seen over the last few years- they could all be holed up under a mountain living through hosts- hands free, risk free tyranny. I've possibly become carried away here... but would a sick billionaire think so? I really wouldn't like to say.
Quick thought- The Matrix 'Agent Smith' characters were able to do that- project themselves into the bodies of those occupying the matrix to go after Neo (and leave the host once they'd been killed).
I’m convinced FSD, while legit technology, is also used for comms. I’ve been hoping it’s a positive comm and removing psychic MK drivers, but it could be accelerating driving as a comm - or centralizing further.
Actually, you refreshed my memory, I do have something else I've been pondering.
What is an "Electric Vehicle"?
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0986263/
Androids + Electric Vehicles + Neuralink = ?

Something to think about.

Horrifying thoughts but very intriguing.
