It was a mouse mask. Mouse equals rat in this instance, as in Kate was about to expose some shit. The Rescuers movie was about rescuing children, and Kate Spade worked with the Clinton Foundation in Haiti I believe. She was gonna expose HRC and her cohorts kidnapping Haitian kids.
So I think the comm was a warning to all others to make sure you keep your mouth shut and don't even think about telling on HRC or anyone else involved in Satanic child trafficking and sacrifice. I think he was forced to wear that mask.
