You must be old if you think I'm a kid! The way I see it since it is a group someone can "be Q" at the same time as other people. "He's Q, she's Q, they're Q..." It doesn't necessarily imply Q is a lone individual.

Elon created an AI that created the Q group. I just made that up but it would make sense.
Military intelligence created the AI. Musk may have helped. It would take a super computer to align all the moving parts and start making predictions on future events. Sometimes it got them right, sometimes it got them wrong, and many times the timeline lined up perfectly and others it didn't.
