Maybe these TRUMPet playing Mormon lawyer brothers from Utah are actually going to succeed. If they do, the military will have all the (official) legal justification they need to step in and enforce the SCOTUS ruling to avoid chaos, just like Q predicted.

I will add that I think these actions are being deliberately delayed so that the most important parts occur after Jan 21 of the coming year.
That would enable President Trump to serve 6 more years... just a theory, but it explains a lot of the delays, etc.
