Now I'll raise with the fact that a corporation doesn't allow individuals to collect patents and monetize from it with your name on it if it was developed under their umbrella. If the military used it as a weapon, it would be classified. If it was done under a military funding program, then it can't be patented by you or any individual.
You gave a tell when you said you worked on 'preliminary design' FOR a program. Preliminary design in assist of a program is Hardly "I own 9 patents....."
Now it's your turn to prove that and provide the patents WITH YOUR NAME ON THEM as the principle applicant.

You don't know much about how patents are awarded. My name is on them, but they are assigned to my employer. Look up a patent on orbital debris clearing and you might find me. Most of my patents were done on my own time, by the way.

Since I know better, and the U.S. government knows better, your bluster means nothing, not even to you. Patents are awarded to inventors. Inventors may assign legal use of them to anyone, typically employers if it is in their contract to do so. It does not diminish the originality of the patent, nor the recognition of the inventor.
I provided credentials up front. You blustered and demanded more. You failed utterly to provide any credentials of your own. And you congratulate yourself on detective work that is only bias projection. At the end, you know nothing about me and you have deliberately withheld any information of respect about you. I've spent half my life disproving idiots with 'special credentials' who had their head up their ass or just wasn't what they'd pretend, many who could actually point to things they had their name on.
I was denied credit for an idea stolen from me by a top physics team. Thank God, because they still got it wrong....maybe on purpose....maybe it's because they didn't live up to their claims of mastering their subject.
Because I didn't have the 'credentials' of their field. So i had to correct the credentialed in THEIR field by offering something they hadn't thought of.
You feel need for proofs of credentials. I have need of TRUTHS. Period. Our education system teaches WHAT to think, not how and the Status Quo is king. Give a new idea to a 'credentialed' person in a position and they will counter you with the status quo every .....single......time.
