I have no idea whether or not JFK Jr is alive. However, I believe that Q is trying to keep credibility and garner trust in the info included in all of the drops. If Q said 'yes' to this question, even if absolutely true, the Q posts would definitely be ridiculed even more in the MSM because of such an improbable claim. If you buy into the 'doubles' bit and faked deaths, faked suicides or 'she's in gitmo' ideas, you could roll with this 'he's alive' discussion without taking away from other drops. If you think the 'doubles' thing is all hogwash, you would be ready to walk away from Q. No benefit to the Q movement to start that topic. Easier for Q team to just say 'no' right now and move on.
I've watched a few of his videos since then, but IIRC it was just a general mention of mk ultra, in that everyone has been programmed to some degree. I can't remember if it was this video or another, but I think he talked about the idea starting in Nazi Germany and it eventually spread to the MSM etc.

I guess I was complaining about the title. I think of MK-ultra as an intense twisting and long-lasting control technique over one person's psyche. Much more individualized and tight control compared to the propaganda mentioned in the episode. Anyway, it's all bad stuff the enemy does...

If he's alive, he would be in some form of protective custody and/or a new name. So, the answer is "no" to keep anyone from trying to find them.
