Fraud will destroy the immunity given to Big Pharma, but informed consent will wipe out all of the facilities and professionals that administered the shots. There cannot be any type of protection that would protect anybody from not receiving informed consent. Nobody provided any information to the patients that could pass for this legal requirement.
