I hold no hope for this route, the first test will be who appointed the judge. If it was:

Bush, or
the Kenyan, or
Bidenl or
Clinton then there is no point in doing this. If it is a Trump judge them 50:50 something good comes of it.

Fortunately, "the judge" =/= the final judge.

Part of this operation is to reveal who people truly are, which, as Trumps pointed out, you never really know until the person is really tested which is sometimes referred to as a trial by fire.

Another part of this operation is to discover the true condition of foundational institutions Americans have been relying on; Institutions such as our court system. Who/what's still solid? Who/what's corrupted?

As Q just posted, "Information is power. Knowlege is power".

I'm currently choosing to frame events as an intensive, diagnostic medical exam or building inspection that has to happen before meaningful corrective actions occur.

Such exams/inspections can create the motivation to undertake and stick with those corrective actions that before may have seemed far too costly and extreme ie unnecessary.
