Landlord worried his tenant's job is shaky.
He and AOC crying their position doesn’t pay enough. Government was never supposed to be a job or career. It was to be done as a civic duty in addition to your actual job and means of income. THIS is the problem. Congress is NOT a career. You should enter politics rich enough to not be swayed financially. Ugggggh I hate it here.
The federal government could buy a block of townhouses and require members of Congress to live there. And cut their pay accordingly.
Screw that. Put them in a dormitory where they share bathrooms and living areas. Why should those pieces of shit make so much money and expect to live in the lap of luxury? Before that, we need to end lobbying altogether--that's the problem with the government. Lobbyists make the laws and their little lapdogs in the congress pass them. The people get screwed.
