Why the pattern of throat cancer?

Did they all know each other?

Did they all smoke?

Kind of strange to have a cluster of similar cancers.

No they didn't know each other, I know all of them except my friends boss. No only 1 smoked. I think it is connected with the lymphatic system trying to rid the body of the S1 and the destruction of their cancer suppressing cells.
