This orphaned elephant, Khanyisa, was rescued from a poacher's snare...After three months of rehabilitation, she was introduced to the herd of rescued elephants which cheerfully greeted her. So touching! 😍

don't even mention it, the Christmas dinner I decided to add roast duck, it almost drove all of us out of the house with smoke, if I ever have to cook that high again, it will be outdoors.

Morning all. Very cold in not so merrie old England. Lots of hungry birds feeding in my garden, lovely sight. Except the pigeons who scoff the lot in nano seconds - grrr. Wish I had a pop gun to persuade them life is better elsewhere.

My favorite is candy is from Japan, it is less sweet, and so delicious. There’s something they make called Melty Kiss. The are little squares that melt in your mouth. I also like pocky sticks.

I’m low carbing so I’m kind of emotional about this.
It’s like a ganashe (I’m not sure of the spelling) which is a thick, fudge type frosting substance. The cookie is somewhat crunchy. It’s been a while since I had them but I notice you can order online... hehehe. I plan my cheat days.
