What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.
Does not need to be Q related.
I weaned myself off candy bars years ago. Still get the occasional craving but when I succumb, I find they are revoltingly sweet. They don't taste the same either as they're made with glucose syrup which is really bad stuff.
A few dried dates or figs are much healthier. I make my own chocolate and candy with healthy stuff - fun to make and much nicer.
Dark chocolate has tons of health benefits
A little milk every now and then isn't bad. My wife loves a 50% cacoa multiseed bar one of our grocery stores sells...it is amazing
There are some really good healthy bars but they are very expensive. I make my own versions with oats, seeds, dried fruit and nuts.
