If 'the plan' is about waking the lowest awareness people, 'the plan' will fail.

They are not here in this lifetime to be awakened, they are here to learn the consequences of stupidity and lack of awareness.

They will not wake up. MAYBE what we can do is smooth the transition for them. Maybe.
