What I really struggle with is how there are so many either: a) really, really stupid Drs, or b) really, really evil Drs

I mean if it is so totally, incredibly obvious to so many of the Awakened, what on Earth is going on with the medical profession?

They're desensitized to human suffering and indoctrinated to pharma symptom management. They despise normal people and believe they're in some sort of elite world of brainiacs.

In reality, those who make it are the best regurgitators and most compliant, NOT the best critical thinkers or carers.
