Pretty sure these memos and the story behind them were all in the IG Report. If you search the conservative treehouse archives you can find them. Think the "missing" two were found in a drawer outside the office in an anteroom or something. Been awhile since I read that report.
Anyway not news to me but could this be FISAgate heating up? Perhaps a Durham filing incoming? All three movies playing at once?

It's absolutely asinine to assume any of them were written when it's claimed they were.
