I've watched the show quite a few times. I fear in order to get the show back on without protests from various groups they made a deal to profile black kids in their "Missing" segment they air each episode. I vaguely remember some groups protested that the old show was racist, so this might be their attempt at stopping that up front. I don't know for sure if they only profile or feature missing black kids in that segment but that is all I've seen in the 5 or 6 times I've watched.
There is also this press release blurb: (Albuquerque, NM) - Thursday, July 21, 2022 - The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the Black and Missing Foundation (BAMFI) are joining forces with new live police series On Patrol: Live to help solve real ongoing cases of missing people, it was announced today by REELZ.
I don't know for sure if they only profile the black missing kids but they did partner with BAMFI and NCMEC (which focuses on kids - not race). I would think NCMEC being the most well-known organization would cover all of that.
I don't care which race the kids being profiled/featured are, but I do care if they only show a single race. All kids deserve the extra help to be found and I'm not a big fan of singling them out by race (if they are in fact doing that) to virtue signal. Just find kids.
The kids they're looking for, or the kids the showrunners are responsible for kidnapping?
Honest question, I'm not sure what you mean by "profile" here.

Ah, okay, thank you.
