I already unofficially recognised it and solved it for myself over a decade ago by becoming self employed and getting an offshore company. In terms of solution for yourself if youβre unable to quit - how many of your coworkers have you so far convinced that taxation is theft? Have you organised a plan with them to officially complain to your boss? Where are you at so far?
I was being facetious because your initial response to my comment was pretty dismissive and assumed I was objecting, when all I was doing was pointing out something obvious that is non-trivial to solve for many people.
If you have a proper trade, then sure going self-employed etc. is an option, but the vast majority of people just have 'jobs' - I don't see how someone working in a shop (for example) can go self-employed.
