This is obviously bullshit, since Pfizer would still have their copy of the agreement, and should be willing to provide a copy to them
If there is no proof on one side of an agreement then it gives the other side the ability to squeak out of any negatives that agreement provides them
i dont believe that is true, but I understand what you are saying. it would also give the side that did not lose their copy an opportunity to change wording in the "copy" that they retain.
