Plus--unvaccinated blood has become a hot commodity, worldwide. Where did the blood the parents provided go, if their baby didn't get it? Blood sources are TRACKED in hospitals, so they can ID the source of problems, etc...common for 30 years. Who GOT the blood? Did they sell it? Did they waste it? Did they give it to a government official for his gall-bladder surgery? Again, using a resource the parents provided for something else...virtually any answer is WRONG from the hospital.
So, 1. hospital didn't treat the baby in the manner agreed to. and 2. blood provided was misappropriated or wasted. That's TWO lawsuits.
Didn't the hospital try to remove all trace of what happened? Don't know how they could do that, but it was pretty obvious the blood killed the baby.

Yup. If given the opportunity to deal it myself....a baseball bat with a few screws driven through it seems appropriate.
