I am in NC, we voted for voter ID and against gay marriage aroubd 2 decades ago. They don't care what the people think.

It is still as dead as it was then. 90% of the buildings downtown owned by 2 families. Rich dims. My Southern accent kept me from getting several promotions in the corporate world. This law was passed by the state legislature. According to the US Constitution, law governing elections are left up to the state legislatures. Nowhere does it say the state courts can make or break election laws.
