Yeah. I got that and all. But most of the counts were dismissed. They are only hearing the printer tampering charge and the chain of custody one. I think the signature verification count had a lot more chance for success. The counts being tried are an uphill battle to say the least.

I don't understand this one. Laches say that an election procedure must be contested before the election. But wasn't Lake's claim that the existing signature verification procedure was not properly followed in this election?
Yeah, the judge basically said that they needed to file a complaint about the procedures when they were known about, before the election, rather than after they were used. But we all know that they would have been dismissed on standing or no harm or some nonsense if they had.
Yeah that doesn't make any sense.
