This is a much more positive take than the one I had after watching the last couple hours. The prosecution team is not good.
I counted half a dozen times they re-asked the exact same question that was already answered, during cross or by their own team -- and not even questions that could somehow prove perjury with some unknown evidence.
They just admitted that they failed to follow chain of custody in court. Door is open to throw out the election for it simply not being run properly. Also opens Hobbs up since she was in charge
Why does 'our side' always have such loser laywers? Remember the trump impeachment laywer dude lol I was just shaking my head, and samehow he pulled it off. But wow...
It's almost like they want to purposely throw it. Maybe they are just nervous or something but dang aren't they professionals? How about you lawyer like a professional?
Yeah, it does seem to be a trend. Most probably view it as career killers, so all that's left are the lawyers with little to lose (which usually means they're starting from the bottom).
Fortunately the conservatives in these cases almost always have mountains of evidence in their favor, so doesn't require a whole lot of 'lawyering'.

I'm not overly hopeful, but time will tell.

Also, the statement from the forensic investigator is pretty damning. Hearing is definitely picking up for Lake.
Thankfully they have the evidence on their side, because the legal acumen of the representation certainly wasn't enough to win this case.
