Heresy against the Church, maybe, but definitely not blasphemous. There is nothing profane, degrading or irreverent pertaining to God or Christ about this joke, which finds reverent humor in the Biblical story of Jesus turning water into wine.
I would argue the Church's entire interpretation of the New Testament is blasphemous, claiming that the most High God can degrade to such a degree as to incarnate as a mere human.
Lighten up.
I imagine Jesus would exhale strongly through his nostrils if he saw this at the very least. I imagine The Lord has a very keen sense of humor.
