Who ordered the printing of mis-sized ballots? Or was it just a 'mistake'? Either way, it had a material effect on the outcome of the election, and so the judge should without question rule that the election should be re-done.
Meanwhile, Katie Hobbs is preparing to take office.
Also, Katie Hobbs was in charge of the elections, so she is ultimately at fault for the mistake.
