I love definitive statements from people who have no possible way of knowing the validity of their statements. Unless you are very high up in the black budget operations that are so compartmentalized that no one person likely even has an overview, you are as clueless as the rest of us. Except you have an opinion that you pass off as fact.

You wouldn't know anything about "high up in the black budget operations" if you are talking like a cartoon character. I was in the business for 40 years. Very informed opinion. At least I know what I'm talking about.

Because I do say things with certainty. I am perfectly willing to "prove" myself by educating anyone who asks, but I am not willing to drop my anonymity and you have no right to ask it.
